Challenge to exceed, learn, grow, and succeed!
Challenges are frequently seen as some sort of contest like the final four during March Madness, but Challenges draw out the best in us when we keep our eye on the purpose and reasoning.
Tip #1 - PEP Talks
Listen we all need them. Start each day while getting dressed, taking a shower, or taking your morning jog with positive influencing words. This sets your tone of mind.
Tip #2 - Try new Things
Begin with changing your habits, trying new things, or strive for major goals, this can be done anytime of year not just a new years resolution that we all are guilty of making maybe sticking with for a bit and then as life happens and pulls you tend to forget that promise to yourself.
Tip #3 - Strength does not come from winning
"When you get into a tight place and everything goes against you, till it seems as though you could not hang" Know you are building strength. Mind muscle is the best way of describing it."
Tip #4 - FAILURE
This is a tough one for all of us. No one likes to feel like a failure. This is the most challenging part about challenging yourself and the biggest reason as to why we usually don't.
Each day is another day and with that day can come a new challenge!
